Chief Solutions, Inc. Will be Conducting smoke test within your neighborhood as part of an ongoing program to detect leaks within the sewer collection system in the next few days. Smoke that you may see is NON-TOCI, CERATES NO FIRE HAZARD, AND WILL NOT HARM CHILDREN, PETS OR PLANTS. People with severe asthma should avoid breathing any smoke to avoid irritation.
Infrequently used sinks, toilets or showers basins may allow for some smoke to enter a bathroom or kitchen area through the drain, to help avoid this possibility please open a faucet for each sink and shower and allow the water to run for just a few seconds and flush each toilet at least once, this will help avoid smoke from entering your home during the testing process.
If smoke enters your house, you should report it to the crews conducting the test so we can help locate the source while the test is in progress.
