Public Notice of Unclaimed Property

The City of Willis holds various types of unclaimed property less than $100 presumed abandoned and subject to Title VI Unclaimed Property Chapter 76 of Texas Property Code Pursuant to Section 76.201. 

Claim Your Property

Search for your name or business in this notice. If you find a property belonging to you, we want to help you get your property back. Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain information concerning the amount of the property by presenting proof of the claim and establishing a right to receive the property. Property belonging to you will continue to be held until you claim it. 

If a property is identified through your search, complete the claim form and send it with proper documentation supporting your ownership to:
