The Willis Community Development Corporation is committed to improving the quality of life in Willis. Willis residents voted to approve the creation of the corporation in 1999 to help fund community and economic development projects that help improve the quality of life for our residents.
The CDC is responsible for the Willis Independence Day Celebration and the Willis Christmas Parade. The CDC also helps to fund projects for public parks, affordable housing, and community facilities.
